The North Rocky Mount Church of God began as result of an expansion program of the Davis Street Church of God  (currently – Ridgecrest Worship Center.) The first Pastor was Rev. S.A. Luke and the first service was held in April of 1952.

God blessed the labor of His people that made up the North Rocky Mount Church of God from it’s beginning. 

Property was purchased and in August of 1998, the building project & relocation was completed and the North Rocky Mount Church of God began worshipping together at it’s current location on Goldrock Road under the leadership of Rev. V. G. Robertson.

Today, under the leadership of Rev. Timothy Dean, the North Rocky Mount Church of God continues it’s legacy and labor for The Lord as we seek to be a lighthouse to our community for The Lord Jesus Christ as a Church built on Prayer and  God’s Eternal Word!
